About us
For the time being, we are 8 senior coaches and consultants in The Leadership and Coaching group. Furthermore, we are represented in China, USA, England and in all the Nordic countries.We are among the most experienced coaches in developing EQ and SQ for leaders and managers and within organisations. We have a very wide range of self-developed development techniques and an intensive international cooperation in this field.
Furthermore, we work intensively with methods making leader development stress-free and stress-reducing. These methods are created so the training ensures a direct implementation in everyday life.
Our coaches are educated at reputable, international coaching-institutes. Several have far more than 1000 hours’ coaching experience and are thus among the most experienced in Denmark.
Our coaches and consultants typically have a very high level of management experience as well as great international expertise.
